I never really thought about Weddings until Sam proposed. I guess I never really thought about marriage either until I met Sam. We never wanted a big Wedding but we did want a special day to express our love and commitment to each other. That’s where Total Weddings came in. From the first contact with the sales team, to our big day, Rosie, Diana and Helen made the process of planning so easy and stress free. Our Celebrant Donna Fornasiero helped us write our own ceremony and individual vows. We married at the Whitsunday Pavilion on Airlie Beach. Our day was perfect. The sunny day, the beautiful white roses from Flower Hut, the gorgeous hair and make-up by our fabulous stylist Nicky Williams – everything turned out well above our expectations. Although, the day went by so quickly, we will forever have the most beautiful photos to remind us of the best day of our lives. This is thanks to our incredibly talented and fun photographer Robert Kellett. We will never forget our experience in the Whitsundays.

Stephanie and Steve – Whitsunday Pavilion and Whitsunday Sailing Club

I had been looking for somewhere to go on our honeymoon when I came across the Whitsundays, we instantly feel in love with the picturesque photos and decided that it was the place where we wanted to get married and honeymoon. We stayed for 15 days in total we loved it so much and enjoyed loads of day trips.

Leah and Ritchie – Coral Sea Resort

The style of the wedding was boho chic, I really wanted an organic theme to blend in with the natural surroundings as the Coral Sea Resort is so beautiful you really don’t need to do too much.

Merindah and Matt – Déjà vu Restaurant at Waters Edge Resort

We had dreamed of getting married somewhere warm and tropical and had been to the Whitsundays before and loved it. My husband wanted to get married in shorts and thongs and keep it more relaxed.
